Our Customer Care section is here to ensure you feel supported every step of the way—from browsing to checkout to receiving your order. We’re a small business built on intention, and that means each order is handled with care, transparency, and heart.

If you have any questions about your order, our products, or need help with anything at all, you can always reach us at byariapparel@gmail.com. Whether it’s about sizing, shipping, care instructions, or a concern with your order, we’re here to listen and assist however we can. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

We also encourage you to check out our store policies for more info on pre-orders, cancellations, and care guidelines. Writing clear policies helps us build trust—and helps you buy with confidence. Every item is made with intention and we’re honored to share these pieces with you.

At by ari, your privacy and safety are our top priorities. We’re committed to protecting your personal information and making sure your shopping experience is secure, transparent, and trustworthy.

When you make a purchase through our site, your payment is processed using trusted third-party banking services to ensure your financial data remains safe and encrypted. We do not store or have access to your full payment information—only what’s necessary to complete your order. We collect limited personal data such as your name, shipping address, and email solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We will only contact you after your purchase is completed if there is an issue, an update regarding your order, or if you’ve signed up to receive our newsletter or announcements.

Your information is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of by ari. We use secure systems to keep your data protected and confidential.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Damaged Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our shop, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. We ask that you please review sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

If there is a problem with your order—whether it's damaged in transit, misprinted, or incorrect in any way—please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package. You can email us at byariapparel@gmail.com, and be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can take care of the issue as quickly and smoothly as possible.


We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that point, we may not be able to process cancellations, as production begins shortly after your order is submitted. If you're unsure about your order, feel free to email us with any questions before checking out—we're happy to help.
